Wishing to highlight local conceptualization, design and making, PREMIÈRE ADRESSE is an online store offering a diverse and distinguished selection of fashion, beauty and home products created by various local designers.

In order to respect the work of local craftspersons and to promote a slower, more responsible mode of consumption, we operate on a drop-shipping model in order to reduce overproduction. Thus, we sell from existing stocks held by craftspersons and designers or from made-to-order material. It is therefore possible that your items arrive at various times and in different packages since each craftsperson produces, prepares and sends their order on individual deadlines. The nature (made-to-order or not) and preparation time of an item will always be indicated on its Product sheet.

All our deliveries are made via Canada Post. Delivery dates for all orders are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by PREMIÈRE ADRESSE.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 days after the order date, excluding items made to order. If you order during the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

Since different craftspersons are responsible for producing, preparing and shipping the order, your items may arrive at various times and in different packages. If the item is made to order, the preparation time will be indicated on its Product sheet.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped including your package’s tracking number. If you have ordered products from multiple craftspersons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages and each package will have a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

In order to respect the work of local craftspersons and to promote a slower, more responsible mode of consumption, all items on sale, on-order and one-off are considered a final sale, which means that no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. In addition, lingerie and swimwear, earrings, hats, as well as beauty or apothecary products, are all considered final sales.

Defective or damaged item

PREMIÈRE ADRESSE and all of its craftspersons are committed to shipping each item with the utmost care. However, if one of our products turns out to be damaged or defective, please write to info@premiereadresse within 7 days of receiving the package in order to return the item, mentioning your order number, the problem and including a photo of the item. 

Once the package has been received and the return has been inspected, we will proceed with the exchange as quickly as possible, free of charge. If an item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the item via the payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We understand that while shopping online is convenient, there may be times when you buy the wrong size or be disappointed with the fit or colour of an item. We do our best to offer images and descriptions that do justice to the products and allow you to make an informed choice. However, we invite you to contact us should you have any questions about our products at info@premiereadresse or via Instagram @premiereadresse, and we’ll be more than happy to help you.

If you wish to exchange an item that meets our conditions for return, all you have to do is write to info@premiereadresse.com within 7 days of receiving your package, mentioning your order number, the item concerned, as well as the item that you would like to have in exchange.

After having returned the merchandise (see Return and Exchange Method), we will send your new item free of charge. In the event that the merchandise cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.

Return and Exchange Method

In order to respect the work of local craftspersons and to promote a slower, more responsible mode of consumption, all items on sale, on-order and one-off are considered a final sale, which means that no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. In addition, lingerie and swimwear, earrings, hats, as well as beauty or apothecary products, are all considered final sales.

If you wish to make a return or an exchange,

  • Make sure the item(s) you wish to return are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, and that the original tags are still attached.
  • Contact info@premiereadresse.com within 7 days of receiving your package, indicating your order number, specifying the reason, and whether you wish to make an exchange or return.
  • Once your request is approved, we’ll email the address to send your item(s) to.
  • For ecological reasons, when you return your item(s), please reuse the packaging in which you received them and make sure you include the original invoice.
  • Drop off your package at a nearby Canada Post office (visit the Canada Post website to find the nearest office). For your security, please keep the tracking number provided by Canada Post.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Note that the initial delivery costs and those of the return will not be refunded to you, unless there has been an error on our part.
  • In the case of a refund :
    • Once the return has been received and inspected, you will be refunded with the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed. If your return is refused, you will also be notified by email.
  • In the case of an exchange :
    • Once the return has been received and inspected, we will ship your new item free of charge and you will receive a new tracking number. In the event that the merchandise cannot be exchanged, we will refund you.

PREMIÈRE ADRESSE reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not comply with the return policies.
